Over three Friday sessions, we're giving you the ultimate crash course in clay! You'll spend time mastering the pottery wheel to find your flow and learning the architectural art of hand-building to create unique, organic forms.
We've designed these sessions to give you a versatile skill set-
the "know-how" and the confidence, so that by the end of the three weeks you will have the option to move up to our Clay Club and keep creating!
This course is designed specifically for beginners wanting to delve into the addictive world of pottery. In the beautiful and peaceful setting of the walled garden you will start your pottery journey in our friendly studio with plenty of support, along with like minded creatives.

These one hour fun pottery taster sessions are a great way to have a go and come away with a wonderful mug unique to you! Led by a skilled pottery tutor, you will learn the basics of hand-building and make your very own ceramic mug.
These monthly sessions at The Walled Garden are in conjunction with the food truck nights, and when you have finished your mug and chosen your glaze, you can head outside to sample the mouthwatering food from the amazing line up of food trucks! No previous experience needed and all ages welcome!
