Our popular Make-A-Mug pottery session is returning but this time on a Sunday! Join us for a relaxed, friendly and fun one hour workshop during which you will create a wonderful and unique pottery mug!
Choose from a Summer Solstice themed mug or a mug for Dad to celebrate Father's Day!
No experience necessary, just your imagination! Our experienced tutor will guide you through every step of the making process. You will get to choose a coloured glaze for your mug and we will glaze and fire it for you.
The price of this workshop is £35

wheel throwing workshop

If you've had some experience throwing on the wheel and are able to centre the clay and throw a basic cylinder without it collapsing(most of the time!), but are feeling frustrated that you're not advancing, then this is the workshop for you!
We will get you throwing bigger, get your walls thinner and more even, teach you to repeat shapes by throwing to a gauge and generally throwing more purposefully so you'll create shapes that actually match what's in your head!
This is a small class with lots of focussed tuition over three hours. It is held on the fourth Sunday of the month with our first one starting 28th June.
